Fire Alarm / Emergency Lighting

  • We install fire alarm systems in domestic properties complying with BS5839 part 6. For commercial and industrial installations, systems installed and certificated to part 1 of BS 5839
  • We can provide emergency lighting system, which will comply with BS5266.
  • We can alter existing fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, as well as maintain and fault find.
  • We test and certificate emergency lighting systems as required to BS5266.

Security / Alarm Systems

  • We can install security systems to meet specific customer requirements, for example a basic temporary system to monitor a particular zone.
  • We can add extra sensors to an existing system, or remove zones as demand changes.
  • Test existing installations and trace nuisance tripping faults.
  • We can work on domestic, commercial and industrial installations of any size or complexity.
  • We can upgrade components to incorporate the latest technology sensors and remote access controls.

Plumbing Services

A recent addition to the company is our plumbing division. We are Gas Safe and OFTEC registered as well as registered for unvented hot water installation.

  • Maintenance
    The company undertakes all types of maintenance work, from a dripping tap to cylinder replacements
     
  • Heating
    Boiler servicing and breakdowns on gas and oil appliances power flushing to revive and increase the efficiency of existing heating systems
    New and replacement boilers, with upgrading of heating controls
    Land lords gas safety inspections and issuing of certificates.
     
  • Bathroom
    Replacement of individual bathroom appliances
    Complete new bathroom suites, including power showers
     
  • Renewable
    The company is about to be micro generation scheme certificated and registered. We install solar thermal systems, using heat generated from the sun to heat hot water. We also install photovoltaic cells.
     
  • Solar Thermal
    Complete installation packages, with solar roof panels, hot water cylinder and all associated controls and pipe work. Advise on eligibility for  grants to reduce overall installation costs and government cash back schemes
     
  • Photo Voltaic
    Installation of photo voltaic collectors, these will produce electricity which can be used within the building or exported back to the national grid to benefit from central government cash back scheme.

Retail

Our retail outlet is open Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and is staffed by experienced and knowledgeable staff, who are happy to help you with your purchase.

We stock a good range of:

  • Wiring accessories and cable management
  • Heaters – both water and space
  • Extension leads and batteries
  • Vacuum bags

Anything not held is store can be ordered, often with next day delivery.
